The following are events which will take place between January and February 2021, from the Westford Council on Aging’s Newsletter.

Take Out Birthday Lunch Celebrations

Birthday celebrants will get a $15 gift card towards their meal. Others who sign up in advance will get a $5 gift card toward lunch. Must sign up at 978-692-5523 as gift cards are limited.

Grab and Go Sweetheart Luncheon

Wed. Feb. 10, 2021	11:30am	Burton’s Grill (1 Cornerstone Sq. – Westford) – All are invited. Grab and go.

Menu choices: 1. Fried Haddock sandwich and a side, 2. Mediterranean Chicken Risotto, 3. Max Burger w/homemade pickles and side; 4. Harvest Bowl – Vegetarian & GF Option and can be made vegan friendly upon request. (Brown rice and quinoa blend, julienned vegetables, roasted Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, goat cheese, dried cranberries, candied walnuts, maple dijonnaise vinaigrette).
Cost: Friends Members $8; Non-Friends $15. Includes non-alcoholic beverages and a cheesecake slice.
Sign up by calling 978-692-5523. Please provide your meal choice at registration. Sponsors: Friends of the Cameron Senior Center, Council on Aging Board, RiverCourt Residences and Westford Rotary Club.

Other ways to obtain books are through Barnes & Noble, Amazon, or online at Merrimack Valley Library Consortium “Overdrive”: https://mvlc.overdrive.com” The Overdrive website also has an app called Libby to search and take out books on your iPad, phone, kindle. Elder Services of Merrimack Valley Traveling Chef Grab & Go Lunch & a Show!

Jan. 21 at 1:00 pm on Westford CAT	See Cooking with Annette and Bob, where they will be preparing Chili and Corn bread. This is a free event sponsored by ESMV but sign ups are required. Please call 978-692-5523.
