  • Who: Come meet with Gail Johnson, Westford’s Public Health Nurse
  • What: A simple Health screening by the WESTFORD HEALTH DEPARTMENT
  • Where: Cameron Senior Center
  • When: Tuesdays September 21, and October 12 at 9 AM
  • Included in the screening: blood pressure reading, medication review, weight check, and an opportunity to discuss other concerns.
