While grief can impact individuals in different ways, connecting with others to share stories, experiences, and receive/offer support can help with the grieving process. Please join us if you have suffered a loss and are seeking a safe place to express your feelings, to feel heard, to learn about the grieving process and to obtain helpful coping materials and resources.
- What: These are “drop in” groups and no required attendance
- When: will be typically offered on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month at 4:00PM: Schedule for Nov and Dec = Thursdays, November 17, December 8, December 22
- Where: The Cameron Senior Center, 20 Pleasant St, Westford, MA 01886
- Cost: There is no fee
