Joanne Fontaine RN and Lisa Sobhian LICSW have been co-facilitating a support group for many years with the Alzheimer’s Association. Joanne is a Geriatric Care Manager, owner of Pro-Active Eldercare. Lisa is an Alzheimer’s Specialist and is currently the Director of Dementia Services and Social Services at D’Youville Life & Wellness Community.
